In continuation of this office proceedings in the reference 2nd cited , All the Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers in the State are awared that transportation of National Text Books from District to Mandal points and thereafter to School points shall be completed well in advance for the year 2019-20.
Therefore, All the Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers in the State are informed to make an action plan for distribution of Text books from District to Mandal and thereafter to school points with the co-ordination of APSRTC Logistics. Further they are informed that Mandal level receiving’s service is enabled in respective MEO logins.
In this regard all RIDSEs and DEOs are requested to ensure that all the NT Books received by the MEOs shall be uploaded in the CSE web portal. Distribution of NT Books to the Headmasters of the Schools and Distribution of NT Books to the students through the APP is under UAT (User Acceptance Testing), soon after enabling the service, the further guidelines will be issued accordingly
