School Education - CCE Marks Entry for Classes I to IX for Academic Year 2018-19 - Certain Instructions issued - Reg.

All the Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers of School Education in

the State are aware of the various quality initiatives being undertaken in the state. For the

successful implementation of these initiatives, it has been found that there is a need for quality

assessment data of students from Class I to Class IX.

As directed in reference (2) provided above, CCE Marks entry must be completed within

2 weeks of conduct of Summative Assessments for Class I to Class IX. This being the case,

all District Educational Officers are instructed to ensure that the concerned officials upload

the SA-II (2018-19) marks by 08.05.2019 in the CCE Portal.

The District Educational Officers are requested to issue instructions by 12.04.2019 to

MEOs/Headmasters to start the data entry process well in advance and complete within the

prescribed time.
