Assistance for lX-X Ctasses for the year 2018-19 towards certain
components under Mid Day Mea[ programme at state Head
Quarters-Sanction Orders -lssued-Reg.
ln pursuance of the orders issued in the read above, sanction is here by
accorded for an retease of amount of Rs.14,15,48,428l-(Rupees Fourteen crores
Fifteen Lakhs Forty Eight Thousand Four Hundred and rwenty Eight onty) to the
District Educational officers keeping the remaining amount from the lX and X ctasses
Budget at State Head Quarters for year 2018-19.
The above amount is debitabte under fo[owing Head of accounts:
Accounts officer / chief Accounts officer of this office is
requested to surrender and re-distribute the above amount to the District
Educationat officers in the state as shown in Annexure.
The District Educational
officers in the state are requested to utitize the amounts towards cooking cost to
the SHG/NGOs for Ctasses lX and X.
The District Educational officers in the state are requested to ensure that the
amounts is not lapsed and
utitized immediately to ctear all the pending bills.
