andtheGovernmentofTelanganahaveissuedcertainguidelinesforeffectingInter

StateTransfersoftheemployeesworkinginboththeStates.

2. Inthereference2nd readabove,theCommissionerofSchoolEducation,

A.P.,Ibrahimpatnam hasforwarded54InterStateTransferproposalsonspouse

groundsand25InterStateTransferproposalsonMutualgrounds.

3. Inthereferences3rdto5threadabove,GovernmentofAndhraPradeshhas

forwardedconsentto theGovernmentofTelanganaforeffectingInter-State

Transfersonspousegroundsfrom theStateofTelanganatotheStateofAndhra

Pradesh.

4. Inthereference6th and7th readabove,SchoolEducationDepartment,

GovernmentofTelanganahasaccordedpermissiontotheDirectorofSchool

Education,Telangana,HyderabadforeffectingInterStateTransferof17teachers

onspousegroundsfromTelanganaStatetoAndhraPradeshState.

5. Inthereference8threadabove,theDirectorofSchoolEducation,Telangana,

Hyderabad,has communicated the orders issued bythe SchoolEducation

achersfrom theStateofTelanganatotheStateofAndhraPradeshonspouse

groundsandrequestedtheGovernmentofAndhraPradeshtoadmitthereported

teachersintheStateofAndhraPradeshforissuingpostingordersinrespective

districtswheretheirspousesareworkingintheStateofAndhraPradesh.

6. Government,aftercarefulexaminationofthematter,herebyordertoeffect

theInter-StateTransferofthefollowing17teachersfrom theStateofTelangana

totheStateofAndhraPradeshonspousegroundssubjecttotakingthelastrank

nexttolastregularcandidateintheStateofAndhraPradeshandalsoother

conditionsstipulatedinthereferencefirstreadabove.
