🛑 *Establishment of Science Clubs in High Schools in every district with the support of Education Department, Guidelines*

⬛ *Establishment of Science Clubs in High Schools in every district with the support of Education Department & coordination of DCs & DACs- APCOST staff to visit districts- Orders Issued - Reg:*

⬛ *MS orders through "Allocation of duties to staff/Officers, dt.02.01.2019*

⬛ *Ref: APCOST would like to establish Science Clubs in High Schools of Government / Zilla Parishad Municipal Aided institutions in all the districts for inculcation of scientific tempcr among students with the support of education department.*

⬛ *In this regard, APCOST would also like to involve DCs & DACs of NCSC-2018*

🛑💁‍♀💁🏻‍♂ *The following Activities & Guidelines are communicated:*

❇ *(A) Following activities have to organize in the Science Clubs:*

a. Exposure Visits to Scientific Institutions Organizations

b. Mect with Scientists/ Subject Experts

c. Organizing Scientific Importance Days

d. Preparation of Innovative Exhibits/ Models

e. Participation in NCSC activity

f. Organizing awareness camps on superstitions

g. Conducting Hands on Experience programs

❇ *(B) Terms & Conditions for functioning of Science Clubs*:

Designing & fixing of Science Club name board at a room where the

Science Club is formed

iii. Organize more no. of activities. Or at least ONE activity in every month

iv. Furnish the monthly report along with photographs, press clippings to

⬛ *Hence, APCOST staff are instructed to visit districts in their area of operation (as per MS Maintain members list and monitor by Science Teacher Involve neighbor schools institutions in activities*.

⬛  *APCOST before 10th of successive month orders cited in above reference) for establishment of Science Clubs with the support of Education Department and furnish tour dairy, after completion of tour along with list of schools visitcd*.

⬛ *Communication was alrcady scnt to al DCs through mail for involvement of active scicncc teachers. Establishment of Science Clubs in High Schools in every district with the  support of Education Department, Guidelines*
