O R D E R:

In the reference first read above orders were issued appointing State

Assistant Public Information Officers, State Public Information Officers and

Appellate Authorities under Section 5 (1), 5(2) and Sub Section (1) of Section 19

of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect of Finance Department at

Secretariat level.

2. Consequent on Transfers and postings and re-allocation of subjects among

the Officers and staff members of Finance Department vide reference second

cited, the orders issued in the reference first read above are hereby modified in

accordance with the provisions contained under Section 5 (1), 5(2) and Sub

Section (1) of Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and the following

Officers of Finance Department are appointed as State Assistant Public

Information Officers, State Public Information Officers and 1st Appellate Authority

in the case of the following wings of Finance Department at Secretariat level:
