In the reference 1st cited orders were issued for conduct of Induction Training for Mega DSC recruited teachers across the State from 03.10.2025 to 10.10.2025 in residential mode, it is hereby ordered that the District Educational Officers concerned shall deploy the nominated staff as per the consolidated list attached. The District Educational Officers are requested to strictly adhere to the deployment and ensure that the staff take charge of their assigned duties at the respective venues throughout the training period. The venue in-charges shall coordinate with the District Educational Officers and report daily progress/status to the State Office. Roles & Responsibilities of the District Staff Members: All the AMOs are instructed to act as the overall in-charge for all the venues in their respective districts. The Course Coordinator should conduct a meeting with all the KRPs to prepare the sessions thoroughly and ensure that all KRPs are on the same page, following the same methodologies to maintain
uniformity across all classrooms and venues. The Course Coordinator will also be responsible for collecting and keeping the participants’ mobile phones in a tray to ensure the smooth conduct of the classes. The Venue In-charge will coordinate with the venue staff (from the Vendor and the DEO Office) for the smooth conduct of the training program.
