School Education Department – A.P.E.S – Filling up of the vacant posts of District Educational Officers/Deputy Directors for the panel year 2025-26 Communication of Provisional Seniority List of Assistant Directors Objections called for - Regarding.
All the undermentioned Officers are hereby informed that the Provisional Seniority List of Assistant Directors in the State has been prepared for the purpose of filling up the vacant posts of District Educational Officers/Deputy Directors in the panel year 2025-26. They are therefore requested to circulate the enclosed Provisional Seniority List to all the concerned officers under their jurisdiction and obtain objections/representations, if any, from the individuals concerned along with valid documentary evidence in support of their claims and submit the consolidated objections/representations to this office within seven (07) days from the date of receipt of this memo, for taking further necessary action. It is further informed that if no objections are received within the stipulated time, it will be
presumed that the concerned officers have no objections, and the Provisional Seniority List will be treated as final. No further representations will be entertained thereafter.
