Guidelines for Mega PTM Data Rectification& Approvals NOTE: Auditor observations have already been shared with districts. The MEOs must be rectified all errors and approved all the visible schools before 5:00 PM on Thursday, 24th July 2025. If a school data is not editable on the portal or login is restricted, it means it is already approved and requires no further action. 1. Error-Free Resubmission & Approval of Schools data All District Education Officers (DEOs) and Additional Project Coordinators (APCs) must monitor rigorously at all stages and ensure zero errors in the school data before approved by the MEOs. Any data resubmitted with errors will lead to the personal accountability of the concerned Mandal Educational Officer (MEO). 2. Specific Guidelines for Data Components A. Photos Each school reverify and ensure that they uploaded three distinct, non-identical photographs of the Mega PTM event. Photo Guidelines: a. Photos should be exclusive to the Mega PTM event only. b. Crowd must be visible in all photos. c. At least one photo should clearly show Parents and Teachers. d. Personal or irrelevant images must not be uploaded. e. If major errors are found, photos must be replaced. B. Witness Statements In case of any error, download a fresh format and prepare a new statement. Auditors noted that many newly updated
statements are having corrections and whitener marking of their old Statement. This will be unqualified. So please ensure to write a new fresh statement in the prescribed format.
