All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that the SSC March 2024 yielded a better pass percentage of 81.14%. Further, the Advanced Supplementary Examinations (ASE May 2025) are scheduled to be held from May 19th to May 28th, 2025. As such, the RJDSEs and the DEOs are requested to instruct the Headmasters of all Government managed Schools to equip the students with better preparation and ensure that 100 % results are obtained in the forthcoming AP SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, ASE May 2025 duly following the undermentioned guidelines: 1. Special Summer Coaching Classes must be conducted for the failed students from government-managed schools across the state. 2. Consider organizing these Summer Coaching Classes at a designated High School located in the mandal headquarters for the students who failed across the mandal. 3. Explore the option of conducting Summer Coaching Classes at schools with more than 20 failed students by consolidating the failed candidates from nearby schools. 4. If neither of the above options is feasible, arrange for the classes to be held in the respective schools. 5. Classes must be taught to the students from 9.AM to 4.00PM in all the selected schools including Sundays and Holidays. 6. The headmasters of the concerned schools must facilitate the coaching classes and make proper
arrangements required for smooth running of the classes. 7. Instruct the headmasters to prepare Day wise, subject wise, period wise Action Plan and specific Time Table
