Implementation of the Right to Education Act 2009 - Section 12 (1) C in all Private Unaided Schools (following IB/CBSE/ICSE/State Syllabus) for the academic year 2025-
2026 (for children who have completed 5 years for admission into Class 1)
As per the Right to Education Act-2009, Section 12(1) C, for the academic year 2025-2026, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has allocated 25% seats in Class 1 in all private unaided schools in the vicinity of their residence for children belonging to disadvantaged groups and weaker sections in the state.
As part of the implementation of the Right to Education Act-2009, Section 12(1)C, applications are invited from eligible children for admission into Class 1 in schools following IB/CBSE/ICSE/State Syllabus for the academic year 2025-2026, from 28.04.2025 to 15.05.2025.
Allocation will be done through the website http://cse.ap.gov.in with the Aadhaar number and basic details of the students. The list of selected students can be viewed at the respective schools. Parents of the students can apply through the concerned Village Secretariat/Mandal Educational Resource Centre/ concerned school. Documents required for submitting the application:
1. Proof of present address: Parent's Aadhaar Card/Voter ID Card/ Ration Card/ Land Ownership Document/ MGNERGS Job Card/ Passport/Driving License/ Electricity Bill/ Rental Agreement Copy.
2. Child's Date of Birth Certificate.
3. Eligibility Age: a) For admission into IB/CBSE/ICSE schools, the child should have completed 5 years of age as on 31.03.2025. b) For admission into State Syllabus schools, the child should have completed 5 years of age as on 01.06.2025.
