The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the reference 2nd read above, they are informed that the instructions were already issued to conduct School, Mandal, District level Science Fair 2024-25 duly informing the categories and subjects included for project competition, selection criteria for State Level.
In the above context, the State Level Science Fair-2024-25 is decided to schedule from 07.01.2025 to 08.01.2025 at Murali Convention Centre, Poranki rural, Vijayawada. Hence, the District Educational Officers in the state shall ensure to follow the guidelines below:-
1. List of selected projects along with the details of candidates shall inform by 5th of Jan, 2025.
2. One escort teacher and District Science Officer should attend along with the selected students.
3. TA amount will be paid after submission of TA bills, vochures to the Nodal Officer from their work place and vice versa.
4. Accommodation will be arranged by the Department.
5. The State Level Organizers are invited the senior functionaries of all the districts to visit the Exhibition at any time.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to relieve the teachers in Annexure I on are before 05.01.2025, so as to enable them to reach the venue on time and also instructed to relieve the District Science Officers of the concerned districts on are before 05.01.2025 to reach the venue for making arrangements of State Level Science Fair 2024-25
