In the references cited orders were issued permitting the APCs to utilize four vehicles, excluding the vehicle meant for the APCs. In order to streamline and optimize the utilization of vehicles assigned to the ofce of the APC, the detailed guidelines to ensure efcient and equitable use have been formulated and enclosed herewith. These guidelines outline the allocation method, usage protocols, and management instructions for the four vehicles allocated to your ofce. All the Additional Project Coordinators in the State are, therefore, requested to adhere strictly to the attached guidelines to ensure that feld visits by sectoral ofcers are conducted smoothly, without hindrance, and that vehicles are used in an efcient,
transparent manner. They are further directed to ensure that all sectoral and assistant sectoral ofcers in your district are informed of these guidelines and that compliance is monitored regularly. Encl: Guideline
