APBS&G - Appointment order of Dr. V .Marie Chandrika as a State Secretary APBS&G in place of Sri G.Bhanu Murthy Raju
Dr. V. Marie Chandrika, Rtd., Joint Director (Ele. Edn.), O/o the Commissioner of School Education has applied for the post of State Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Bharat Scouts and Guides, State Association vide reference read above, duly furnishing the details of her qualifcations and experience in service. Further, the Rule 70 of BSG National Headquarters Rules reads as follows: "The State Secretary, and Joint State Secretary, Honorary or Stipendiary, as the case may be, one of whom shall be woman, shall be appointed by the State Chief Commissioner in consultation with the State Executive Committee, and if stipendiary in accordance with the Service Conduct Rules or the terms and conditions contained in the order of appointment, as the case may be." Furthermore, the Rule 67.8 of BSG National Headquarters Rules are reads as follows: "to appoint the State Secretary, and the Joint State Secretary and Assistant State
Secretary as the case may be in consultation with the State Executive Committee". After careful examination of the above, Dr. V. Marie Chandrika, Rtd., Joint Director (Ele. Edn.), O/o the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh is hereby appointed as State Secretary, Andhra Pradesh
