All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project

Coordinators, SamagraShiksha in the state are invited to the 4th reference

cited and they are informed that the Notification Scheduled was issued for

admission of children in Class I under Section 12(1) (C) of the Right of

Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act,2009 for the academic

year 2024-2025 in al Private Unaided Schools (IB/|CSE/CBSE/State

Syllabus) in Andhra Pradesh. The dates for applying students in webpotal

for the admissions is 05-03-2024 to 25-03-2024.

Though this office has given clear instructions and guidelines still

some queries and complaints regarding admission procedures, eligibility,

distance etc received by this office from the parents through Toll Free

number and as well as mails and other Sources.

In view of the above, it is here with once again communicated the

instructions, Guidelines to DEOS/APCs in the State for onward

communication along the Pamphlet for advertisement purpose and give

wide publicity through the the Gram/Ward Sachivalayas in the State.

Therefore, the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, the

District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Sanmagra

Shiksha in the state are requested to instruct the MEOs concerned

Communicate same to Gram/Ward Sachivalyas for wide publicity and

placing of hoardings in all prominent places across the state.
