Implementation of Youth Clubs and Eco Clubs in all Government schools in the State issued instructions – Reg. Ref: Letter received from the Joint Secretary (Cord & Media), Dept. of School Education & Literacy, MoE, GoI, dated 17.11.2023. &&& The attention of all the District Educational Ofcers & Ex- Ofcio Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha and Additional Project Coordinators for taking necessary action is hereby invited on the formation of Youth Clubs and Eco clubs in all the schools for the year 2023-24. A communication is received from the Joint Secretary (Cord & Media), Dept. of School Education & Literacy, MoE, GoI, dated 17.11.2023 in which a request is made to the state to issue necessary instructions to the concerned state and district authorities who are involved in the AWP&B planning process to ensure incorporation of Eco club activities for the PAB 2024-25. It is submitted that in the communication it is also informed that there are Youth clubs in 32990 schools (73.09%) and Eco clubs in 35752 schools (79.21%) out of the total 45137 Government schools in the state of Andhra Pradesh. In view of the above, all the District Educational Ofcers & Ex- Ofcio Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha and Additional Project
