Implementation of Actizen Club under Desh Apnayen Sahayog foundation(DASF) to 6th class students in 104 schools selected (4 schools from each district) during the ongoing academic year 2023-24 – Instructions
The District Educational Ofcers in the state are informed that Desh Apnayen Sahayog foundation(DASF) has furnished a proposal for implementation of ACTiZEN club in the schools for creating awareness among students how to identify a problem/crisis and alert the personnel concerned to solve the problem or overcome the crisis. The program will be initially implemented for 6th class students. The list of 104 schools is annexed. The Details for DASF and ACTiZEN club program are as follows: a. Program is completely complementary to schools. No charges or fees are to be borne by school administration and management in this regard and there is no fnancial implication to the School Education department in this regard. b. Content development and delivery, teachers’ training, support to teachers in program execution, monitoring and evaluation of the program will be the sole responsibility of DASF. c. DASF has intended to ofer to the schools : 1. Online/offline
Induction program for Principals. 2. Online/offline Teachers’ Capacity Building & Orientation program 3. Customized content and thematic annual calendar. 4. Online/offline support to teachers to implement the program 5. Program review and report. 6. Refresher training as and when required
