School Education – Private Schools – Permission to (i) submit the proposals through off-line for granting recognition and additional sections; (ii) extend the recognition of the schools from 03 to 08 years; and (iii) to consider the inspection fee already paid by the managements of private schools through CFMS before on-line notification and to extend the fee payment upto 31.12.2023 without fine for opening of new schools / up gradation of existing schools for the academic year 2024-25 – Orders Communicated
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education, in the letter 3rd read above, Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission, as follows:- (i). To submit the proposals by the managements of private schools through off-line for granting recognition and additional sections to avoid hardship to the students appearing for S.S.C. Public
Examinations - 2024. (ii). To extend the recognition of the schools from 03 to 08 years those who have already taken recognition for a period of 03 years, to comply the orders dated 11.08.2023 of the Hon’ble High Court in W.P.No.18190 of 2023
