The attention of the District Educational Ofcers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are invited to the reference cited and it is informed that Deen Dayal SPARSH Yojana (Scholarship for promotion of Aptitude & Research in stamps as a Hobby or SPARSH), annual scholarship program awarded to the students who have good academic record and also pursue Philately as a hobby for reinforcing the efforts aimed towards increasing the reach of Philately. Eligibility • Candidate must be a student (Class VI to IX ) of any Government or Private Recognized school within India. • Candidate shall have a Philately Deposit Account (PDA) or a member of school Philately club of respective schools. Selection Process: • Consists of Two levels – Written quiz and submission Philately Project by selected candidates in quiz. • Total 40 students will be selected for scholarship (10 students frim each class).
