PRESS NOTE

It Is hereby informed that, the SSC Public Examinations, April

2023 were held from 03.04.2023 to 18.04.2023 and the results were

declared on 06.05.2023 and the Short Memos (Memorandum of Subject wise

Marks) will be made available in the website from 16.05.2023.

The Headmasters of the schools can download the "Memorandum of

Subject Wise Performance" using their school login credentials and

handover the signed copies of the same to the students of their concerned

schools.

Any corrections identified by the Head Master or Parents in the Short

Memos shall be brought to the notice of the Office of Director of Government

Examinations, A.P., Vijayawada to effect the corrections in the Original Pass

Certificates.

Hence, the Head Masters of all the Schools are hereby instructed to

furnish the required corrections if any:

a) Evidence of School Records duly attaching to the Nominal Roll

The above said documents shall be sent to the Office of Director of

Government Examinations, A.P., Vijayawada on or before 25.05/2023

b) A Copy of Short Memo (Memorandum of Subject wise Marks)

attested by the Head Master
