School Education – Pension – Act-1 of 2005 – Implementation of court orders regarding Revision of pension and refund the recovery amount
30.03.2023. &&& The attention of all the District Educational Ofcers in the state are invited to the references read above, wherein the Commissioner of School Education has issued instructions to implement the Hon’ble High court orders regarding revision of pension and to refund the recovered amount to the petitioners as per their eligibility and requested to submit case wise compliance report to this ofce. Some of the districts have
submitted their reports but they are not in complete shape. Hence, all the District Educational Ofcers in the state may be once again requested to submit the case wise report along with complete information about payment status as on date. If the payments were not paid to the petitioners submit the reasons, within one week from the date of receipt of this order to this ofce. If not received within the stipulated period, matter will be viewed seriously
