School Education – Termination of services of teachers of DSC-2008 & DSC-1998 appointed on Minimum Time Scale for this year 2022-23 – Orders
The attention of all the District Educational Ofcers in the state is invited to the references read above, wherein orders were issued for appointment of 2193 candidates of DSC-2008 who were afected due to change in selection pattern for appointment to the post of SGTs as Secondary Grade Teachers on contract basis with Minimum Time Scale (MTS) and 4,534 candidates as SGT who were qualifed in DSC-1998 on contract basis with MTS with certain terms and conditions applicable to contract employees for a period of 10 Months in a Year . Further, all the District
Educational Ofcers in the state are informed that the last working day for the Academic Year 2022-23 will be 30.04.2023 and the Summer vacation to all Schools in the State following state Syllabus will be from 01.05.2023 to 11.06.2023 and the Schools will be reopened on 12.06.2023 for the Academic Year 2023-24. As such the services in respect of Secondary Grade Teachers appointed on contract basis with Minimum Time Scale (MTS) needs to be terminated w.e.f AN of 30.04.2023
