School Education – Medical Attendance – Medical Reimbursement Proposals of retired teachers to upload the bills through Online - Certain Instructions
In continuation of this office proceedings in the references Ist and 2nd cited, it is noticed that some of the DEOs /MEOs /H.Ms are being submitted the Medical Reimbursement Proposals of retired teachers manually through post/by hand to this office even though the clear instructions already issued in the references cited. Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are once again requested to issue clear instructions to all the Drawing and Disbursing Officers i.e.Deputy Educational Officers, Mandal Educational Officers and Head Masters etc under their
jurisdiction to submit the Medical Reimbursement Proposals of retired teachers through online only i.e. in cse.ap.gov.in and not to submit the offline bills (Manual bills) to this office. Manually submitted proposals are not accepted by this office as the same was already informed. If any proposals submitted hereafter necessary disciplinary action will be taken against them.
