OSC Activities – Review meeting with ALSCO / Asst. ALSCO / In charge ALSCO and NGOs of NSCBAVs for review of OoSC activities on 28-04-2023 – Orders issued
for review of OoSC activities on 28-04-2023 by 10.00 A.M. at Conference hall, O/o The State Project Director, Smagra Shiksha, A.P., Amaravati for efective implementation of OoSC activities. Proposed agenda items are as follows: 1.Enrolment Drive for dropout children 2.Mainstreaming of NRSTC, RSTC and Seasonal Hostels enrolled children as on 30.04.2023 3.Visit reports of ALSCOs and APCs 4.Opening of NRSTC, RSTC for the Academic year 23-24 as per PRABHANDH approved data with the approval of District Collectors. 5.Neanu Badikipotaa App implementation. 6.Quality Education for NSCBAV students. 7.Submission of Bills of NRSTC, RSTC, Seasonal Hostels and NSCBAV every month by 5th as prescribed format by SPO as per guidelines along with enclosures . Further it is also informed that the NGOs of NSCBAVs are also called for meeting with the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha for efective implementation of
NSCBAVs by 2.00 P.M. Hence all the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha, are instructed to depute ALSCO / Asst. ALSCO / Incharge ALSCO and NGOs of NSCBAVs on 28-04-2023 along with the information of Bills of NRSTC, RSTC, Seasonal Hostels and NSCBAV as prescribed format by SPO as per guidelines along with enclosures as per the above agenda items. The Expenditure of TA, DA for ALSCO / Asst. ALSCO / In charge ALSCO may be met from the District Management cost
