Enhanced 3 to 8 yrs

In the G.0. first read above, Government have framed the

Andhra Pradesh Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education

Rules, 2010 under the provisions of the Right of Children to Free and

Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (Act No.35 of 2009) and published

the Notification in an Extra-ordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh

Gazette, dated.05.03.2011.

2 In the reference 7n read above, Smt. T. Kalpalatha, Sri M.V.

Ramachandra Reddy and Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy, Hon'ble MLCs,

have represented to extend the validity period of recognition of Private

Schools from 3 years to 10 years.

Government,. after careful examination of the matter, hereby

decided to enhance the recognition period from (3) years to (8) Years,

duly amending the Andhra Pradesh Right of Children to Free and

Compulsory Education Rules, 2010, issued in G.0.Ms.No.20, School

Education (PE-Progs.I) Department, dated:03.03.2011.
