In continuation to the instructions issued in the reference 13th cited, all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Siksha in the state are informed that the process of the admission of children (who were selected in 1st Lottery) into Class-I had been taken up in all the Private Unaided schools in the State of Andhra Pradesh from 05.09.2022 to 12.09.2022 under the implementation of Section 12 (1) (C) of RTE, 2009. In this connection, all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Siksha in the state are informed that the 2nd list of selected children for admission into Class-I will be prepared for
the left over vacancies in the 1st round of admission of children and will be sent to you for display on 21.09.2022 with the school names. The 2nd round of admission process of selected children shall have to be taken up from 22.09.2022 to 28.09.2022 and to be completed the process of Admission of children into class-I for the Academic year 20222023 under the implementation of Section 12 (1) (C) of RTE, 2009. In view of the above, all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Siksha in the State are requested to give extensive publicity through all the print and electronic media regarding 2nd round of admission of children into class-I under section 12 (1) (C) of RTE,2009. Further, all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Siksha in the State are requested to direct all the f ield functionaries in their respective jurisdiction for admission of children duly issuing necessary instructions and instruct the Private Unaided School managements concerned to admit the selected children for
admissions without rising any objections and following the norms of Right to Education Act, 2009. Further they are also instructed to communicate to each parent of the selected child duly giving guidelines for admission of the children. The above mentioned instructions should be followed scrupulously and coordinate with the higher authorities from time to time for 2nd round of the admissions of the children under the implementation of section 12 (1) (C) of RTE,2009
