School Education Department – DSC – 1998 – Qualifed candidates who have given expression of interest for appointment to the post of secondary Grade Teachers on contract basis with Minimum of Time Scale (MTS) on par with 2008 candidates – Certain instructions Issued – Regarding. Ref:MEMO NO.ESE01-20021/3/2022-RECT-Exams, Dt: 23.06.2022. &&& The attention of all the District Educational Ofcers in the State are invited to the reference read above and are informed that the Government have accorded permission to call for expression of interest from the qualifed DSC-1998 eligible candidates for willingness to work as teachers in Government schools on Minimum of Time Scale (MTS) basis. As per the above instructions, willingness has been called for, from the qualifed DSC-1998 candidates through a web service. Accordingly, candidates submitted their willingness and these applications need to be scrutinized. It is decided to provide option to the willing candidates for uploading their certifcates in the (https://sims.ap.gov.in/DSCSIMS/) web-portal. The District
