The Commissioner, School Infrastructure,School Education Department,convened

a webex meeting with All the District Educational Officers, Additional Project

Coordinators, Executive Engineers, Deputy Executive Engineers, Mandal Engineers and

all Cluster Resource Persons (CRPs) of Samagra Shiksha in the State to review on Mana

Badi Nadu Nedu, Phase-II and communicated the following talking points:

L. Status of tagging schools to school stock points

II. Tagging of school stock points to JP Depots.

II. Status of admin sanction, bank accounts, raising of RF, Grounding against RF

released.

IV. Status of CPM materials indents.

V.Status of cement releases and payments.

The following Discussions and Decisions are taken in the above webex meeting:

L Status of tagging schools to school stock points:

1. We are trying to continue the supply of sand in the existing procedure from

company depots to School Stock points. Alternatively we are developing

alterative plan for supply of sand with the recent changes at company level.
