Attention is invited to the subject cited.

All the District Educational Officers are instructed that, as per Physical Education

Calendar of activities for the year 2022-23 the School Games are going to be conducted

in the Month of September, 2022 and October, 2022 in Mandal, Constituency and District

Head Quarters.

In view of the above instructions to be issued to all Head Masters in the state to

arrange the Mid Day Meals as per the menu to the players in the concerned schools in

which Games/Sports are to be conducted in the month of September-2022 and October-

2022 in Mandal, Constituency and District Head Quarters as per the Physical Education

Calendar of activities for the year 2022-23.

Hence, the concerned Head Masters are instructed to make necessary

arrangements to provide Mid Day Meals as per the menu to the players where

Games/Sports are going to be conducted in the schools in the month of September-2022

and October-2022 without any deviation.
