Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Staf of Village Secretariat and Ward Secretariat in respect of School Education Department – Certain Instruction
The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education /District Educational Ofcers in the State are invited to the reference cited, wherein, the Government has requested to take necessary action in the matter for Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Staf of Village Secretariat and Ward Secretariat in respect of School Education Department. A copy of the Govt. Memo along with enclosures is furnished herewith. 2. They are therefore, requested to all Field Ofcers / Headmasters of High Schools, Upper Primary and Primary Schools in the State to utilize the services as per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the staf of Village Secretariat and Ward Secretariats efectively on the issues as per the pertaining to the School Education Department. 3.
Further, all Field Ofcers i.e., Dy.EO, MEOs should review the activities related to the School Education Department attended by the Staf of Village and Ward Secretariat from time to time and provide necessary guidance to them and submit the report to the Higher Ofcials
