Sub School Education- not to deputel repatriate the teachers/ Head

Masters without notice of CsE - Instructions- Issued- Regarding.

All the Head of Departments working under the School Education

department are invited to the reference read above, wherein certain

orders/ Guidelines have been issued on deputations and FST&C orders in

respect ot employees Working under the School Education department.

Further, it was brought to the notice of the undersigned that,

deputation! repatriation orders are being issued to the teachers/ Head

Masters without notice of undersigned deviating the rules issued as per

5.0. Ms. No 10, Finance and Planning (FW.FR.I) Department Dt:

22.01.1993.

Therefore, ali the Head of Departments working under the control of

School Education department are hereby reminded that, not to

depute/relive any teachers without notice of undersigned as per the rules

issued therein. Anydeviation in this regard wil be viewed seriously and

action will be taken on the concerned without any notice.
