The attention of all the RJDSEs in the state are informed that certain instructions were issued to all the DEOs with regard to the Government in General Administration Department has requested the following information in connection with enrollment of Electors for with Teacher’s constituencies: I. confrm the list of educational institutions not lower in standard than that of a secondary school ; II. to furnish the details of other educational institutions not lower in standard than that of a secondary school, which are not included in the lists already notifed; III.to specify the ofcers, who will be countersigning authorities for countersigning the service certifcates issued by the Heads of Educational Institutions in respect of private aided Schools and issue instructions to all such ofcers for countersigning the
certifcates issued by the Heads of Educational Institutions, upon satisfying themselves regarding their service. Finally the District Educational ofcers concerned certify that list (PrProforma is here under: District Name
