School Education - Aided – Continuous declining of students enrollment in certain aided Schools - Certain instructions
The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Ofcers in the state is invited to the references read above, and they are informed that in the reference 12th, 13th and 14th read above, instructions were issued to issue notices to the certain aided schools which are having less than 40 enrollment and there has been declining trend in the enrollment from the last two years. In this regard, after examining the explanations furnished by the correspondents in detail, it is noticed that the explanations submitted by the correspondents are not based on academic, genuine grounds and found to be not satisfactory. In this connection, in the reference 13th cited
instructions were issued to all the DEOs and RJDs to issue notices duly giving one more opportunity to improve their enrollment during current academic year to the correspondents of Primary / UP / High Schools wherever the strength of the school has been declining consistently during 2019-20 and 2020-21.
