The attention of all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of

Samagra Shiksha in the state are invited to the references read above that the Director, Gol, Ministry

of Education, DSE & L, New Delhi has informed the list of schools that are Iinalized for District Level

Awards and to upload in the SVP portal and to get a physical verification of the eligible schools as per

the timeline(May 27 -June 30, 2022). The physical verification should be done by evaluator for all

schools nominated by districts by forming committee with the following officials.

1JDIET Principal of ersitwhile District

2) Sr.Lecturer from DIET College

3) One official from Health, Public Health & Engineering Department.

4) One member from NGo

Therefore, all the Addicional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are

requested to constitute a committee with the above officials and to do physical verification of the

schools selected for State level i.e., 8 overall and 6 sub category awards Total 14 awards.

Further, all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators in the state

are requested to contact with the District Collector of their concerned District to organize district level

felicitation program for 38 schools(8 overall and 30 Sub category) on 30.06.2022 for the district level

winners as per the instructions issued by the Gol
