The attention of the all District Educational Officers/ Regional Joint

Directors of School Education in the state is invited to the references read

above and they are informed that in the reference 2na read above

Government have issued instructions to call for willingness from the

managements to surrender the aided staff without assets and with assets.

In the reference 4tn read above, the Government have issued orders to

authorize the District Educational officer to convert the Private aided

schools to Private unaided schools for those managements who are given

willingness to surrender the aided staff without assets. Accordingly, all the

District Educational Officers are converted the Private Aided schools to

Private unaided schools.

Further, they are informed that in the reference 6th cited above, AP

Educational Act 1982 in Rule 27 (1) in chapter (VI) " In case even of the

Private institutions being closed down or discontinued or its recognition

being withdrawn, the manager shall handed over or cause to be handed

over to the competent authority the custody of all the properties, Records

and accounts of the institutions in this possession. But as per the above

provision, it is very difficult to maintain all school records at Competent

authority level and also it will cause difficult to the students to get the
