School Education – Implementation of New Education Policy, 2020 – DEOs, ASOs/APOs working in the DEOs to attend the meeting in this office on 20.05.2022 regarding School Mapping and others – instructions
The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the reference read above, wherein all the District Educational Officers, ASOs/APOs in the state have attended meeting on 18.05.2022 on mapping of the schools, during the said meeting it was instructed to map the Primary schools to the nearby High School based on the availability of infrastructure and to submit a report on arriving the No of Primary Schools mapped with High School along with the Teachers requirement in the prescribed format within a week Therefore all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and all District Educational Officers in the State are hereby instructed to attend the meeting on 20.05.2022 at 09.00 AM in the O/o CSE,
Ibrahimpatnam, Vijayawada along with ASO/APO's with the following required agenda Items: 1. School Mapping. 2. UDISE 3. Transfer orders issued / not issued for the teachers involved Municipal Merging cases. 4. Cancellation of all deputations. 5. HS Upgradation to HS+ for girls. 6. Affidavit on not using School premises for other purpose. 0. Summer Camp
