School Education - Restructuring of Districts & Divisions in Andhra Pradesh – Appointment of Drawing & Disbursing Ofcers, O/o DEOs in the State - Job Charts - Certain Instructions

The attention of all the District Educational Ofcers in the State is

invited to the references read above and they are informed that in the ref

1st read above, the Government have issued guidelines/instructions for

provisional allocation of posts & personnel in the restructured districts /

Division Ofces in the State.

In the ref. 2nd read above, the Government had issued fnal Gazette

Notifcations relating to the restructuring of Districts and Revenue

Divisions.

In the ref. 3rd read above, the Government have issued orders for

provisional allocation of posts of the School Education Department in the

restructured districts to efect transfers for the respective cadres and to

take necessary action to issue “Orders to Serve” in accordance with the

Annexures.

In the ref.4th read above, necessary instructions were issued for

provisional allocation of the posts of Assistant Directors to the restructured

districts and requested all the District Educational Ofcers to relieve the

concerned Assistant Directors, whose names mentioned in the annexure,

with a direction to report before the competent authority of the district, to

which their service provisionally allotted, so as to enable the ofces
