School Education – Mana Badi Nadu Nedu , Phase-II Program – Supply
I am to inform that in Mana Badi-Nadu Nedu Phase-II Program,
Construction of Additional Class Rooms in schools is being taken up along
with the 10 Components which involves construction activity in which
Sand is an essential element.
In this context I am to inform you that Government vide references cited
above issued orders to take up works immediately under Mana Badi Nadu
Nedu Phase-II Program . In the frst instance supply of sand for
construction of Additional class rooms in 1373 schools is immediately
required to commence these works.
Hence, I request the Director (Mines) to supply 30 MT of sand to 1373
schools for construction of Additional class rooms under Nadu Nedu
Program and the cost of the sand will be paid as per the rates approved
by the Director of Mines and Geology . Transportation costs will be paid as
per the SoR (Scheduled of Rates) approved by the Government.
After receiving the sand at School level , the Engineering Assistant /
Amenities Secretary and concerned Head Master shall sign the waybill.
The sand company M/s.Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited (JPPVL) shall
raise invoice towards cost of the sand and upload school wise and indent
