School Education – SCERT, AP - Supporting Andhra’s Learning Transformation (SALT) project, funded by the World Bank - Teacher capacity building – Identifcation of Master Trainers based on the eligibility criteria to support the school complex HMs in conducting classroom observation

All The Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District
Educational Ofcers in the state are informed that to transform the
teaching-learning processes in government schools of Andhra Pradesh, the
government has launched an education transformation project named,
“Supporting Andhra’s Learning Transformation (SALT)” project, funded by
the World Bank. The project focuses on the following key areas:
• Foundational learning, 
• Assessment reforms, 
• Institutional and teacher capacity building, and 
• Overall infrastructure development is in continuation with the NADU-
NEDU scheme, by strengthening the involvement of social 
organizations for the next fve years. 
2. For each of the areas, the government has assigned a technical
partner for its sustained implementation in the next fve years. Leadership
For Equity is supporting Institutions and teacher capacity building.
3. In this regard SCERT proposed to Identifcation of Master Trainers
based on the eligibility criteria to support the school complex HMs in
conducting classroom observation based on the eligibility criteria by
inviting applications through e-format

4. Therefore all The Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the
District Educational Ofcers in the state are requested to disseminate the
information to all DIET faculty/Headmasters/teachers in their jurisdiction to
enable the interested teachers to apply through the prescribed e-

5. This has the approval of the State Project Director (SPD), Samagara
Siksha (SS), Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi.
