School Education – DSC – 2008 – Appointment of SGTs on contract basis within MTS who were afected due to change in selection pattern for appointment to the post of SGT’s with terms and conditions as applicable to contract employees – Certain instructions
Teachers on Minimum Time Scale basis and the remaining posts are to be
fled with eligible candidates by the District Educational Ofcers in the
State.
Hence, all the District Educational Ofcers in the State are instructed
to give vide publicity through press duly calling the candidates who are
eligible as per the ref 10th cited i.e., those who are in the list of 2193 not
reported in time due to corona/and various reasons fail to attend for
verifcation of certifcates for such candidates. After verifcation of
certifcates and eligibility issue appointment orders with the approval of
Chairman DSC, 2008 as Secondary Grade Teachers on MTS is purely
temporary and he/she shall not be regarded as a member of the service, in
which the post to which engaged, and shall not be entitled by any reason,
only of such engagement, to any preferential right to any other
appointment in that or any other service duly following the previous
instructions like selections/qualifcations/agreement as per the procedure
adopted earlier as per rules.
Further, all the District Educational Ofcers in the State are informed
that so many candidates has approached this ofce duly requesting them
to appoint as Secondary Grade Teachers on Minimum Time Scale basis
.The entire applications are herewith returned to the concerned District
Educational Ofcers in the State to examine their grievances and fnalize
the same at their level under intimation to this ofce.
Therefore, all the District Educational Ofcers in the State are
requested to complete the entire process on or before 30.03.2022 without
fail and submit compliance report. In case of any deviation, irregularities
come to the notice of the undersigned it will be constituted that necessary
disciplinary action will be initiated against the default Ofcers.
This has the got approval of the Commissioner of School Education,
A.P., Amaravati.
