ఉద్యోగులకు ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం షాక్‌ ఇచ్చింది. ఉద్యోగుల హెచ్‌ఆర్‌ఏలో కోత విధించింది. సచివాలయం, హెచ్‌వోడీ ఆఫీస్‌ ఉద్యోగుల హెచ్‌ఆర్‌ఏ 30 శాతం నుంచి 16 శాతానికి కోత విధించింది. రాష్ట్రంలోని మిగతా అన్ని ప్రాంతాలకు 8 శాతం హెచ్‌ఆర్‌ఏ ఇవ్వడంతో ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులు ఆందోళన చెందుతున్నారు. గుంటూరు, విశాఖ, నెల్లూరు, విజయవాడ, వెలగపూడి సచివాలయ ఉద్యోగులకు మూలవేతనంలో 16 శాతం హెచ్‌ఆర్‌ఏ, రిటైర్డ్‌ ఉద్యోగులకు 80 ఏళ్ల వయసు దాటాకే అదనపు పెన్షన్ ఇవ్వనుంది. గతంలో 70 ఏళ్లు దాటాక 15 శాతం అదనపు పెన్షన్ ఇచ్చింది. పాత శ్లాబ్‌ను జగన్‌రెడ్డి సర్కార్‌ రద్దు చేసింది. 80 ఏళ్లు దాటిన తర్వాత 20 శాతం, 85 దాటిన తర్వాత 30 శాతం, 90 ఏళ్లు దాటాక 40 శాతం, 95 ఏళ్లు దాటాక 50 శాతం, 100 ఏళ్లు దాటిన తర్వాత 100 శాతం అదనపు పెన్షన్ ఇవ్వాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది. గతంలో ఇచ్చిన సీసీఏను ప్రభుత్వం రద్దు చేసింది. విజయవాడ, విశాఖలో పని చేసే ఉద్యోగులకు గత ప్రభుత్వం సీసీఏ ఇచ్చింది

Government, after careful examination of i) the Report of 11 Pay Revision
ommssion, the Keport of committee ot Secretaries headed by the Chief
IsC) held on 14-10-3033 10 Oers or the Joint Staff Council
ll-2021, 3-11-2021, 8-12-2021, 22-12-2021, 28-12-2021, 30-12-2021d E
2022, hereby issue the following comprehensive orders regarding the
recommendations of the 11 PRC relating to the Government pensioners.
Fitment, Consolidation to Pensions/ tamily pensions:
5.1 The existing pension/ family pension, in respect of those retired or died while in
D y 2018 and in the case ot tamily pensioners who are in
receipt or Tamy pension ds onJuly, 0l8 Sna be consolidated by mergimg the
basic pension/ family pension with the dearness reliet @30.392% as on 01-07-2018
and by adding the fitment @23% to the basic pension/ tamily pension. The
duaitiona quantum Or pension shail not be merged with basic pension.
.2 While fixing the consolidated basic pension/basic family pension as above, part of
upee, Tany arrived, should be rounded off to, the next higher rupee.
.3 in respect or the pensioners who are re-employed, their pension shall also be
notionally consolidated and Revised LOnsolidated Basic Pension arrved at
notionally. The pay drawn by the re-employed pensioners during the period or re-
employment shall also be re-tixed taking into account the Revised Consolidated
Basic Pension. Dearness Reliet beyond July 01, 2018, will not be admissible to them

6 Additional Quantum of Pension:
6.2 The Additional Quantum of Pension is being reviSed by the Goverhment trom time
to time. In the reterences 2&8 read above, orders were Issued allowing the
dion quantum oT pensiony Tamily pension in the age group of 70 to 100 years
6.3 The Government, after careful consideration, hereby order to allow the additional
n on atanng the age ot 0 years & also order the adoption of
the slabs for Additional Quantum ot Pension as Is being tollowed by Government
of India in toto.
