Guidelines for Online courses for XI&XII students by NCERT on SWAYAM(Study webs of active learning for young aspiring minds) an open platform for online courses - Certain Instructions

All the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators

and all the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state

are hereby informed that the NCERT( National Institute of Educational

Technology ) New Delhi has communicated a platform launched by the

Ministry of Education, Govt., of India for offering Massive Open Online

Course(MOOCs) known as SWAYAM (Study Webs of Active learning for

Young Minds) on 9

th July,2017.In this regard the NCERT, New Delhi has

developed and offers online courses for classes XI and XII in 11 subject

areas(Accountancy, Business Studies, Biology, Chemistry, Economics,

Geography, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, English and Sociology). In

the eight cycle the NCERT, New Delhi is offering MOOCS for students of

Classes XI and XII from December 20, 2021 to May 31, 2022.The

enrollment for the courses are open till 31

st March, 2022.In this

connection the details and clickable links of NCERT MOOCs flyer is

herewith enclosed for necessary action.

Therefore, they are requested to issue instructions to all the teachers

and students of their districts and encourage the students to enroll in the

course.
