The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to

the references read above and they are informed that, in the reference 2nd, 4th, 5t

and 7" cited, orders of the Govt. were communicated to the DEOS with a request to

make the payment of ACT 1 of 2005 cases, regarding revision of pension and

refund of the recovery amount in their respective districts duly enclosing the list of cases in which the said orders are squarely applicable.

However, the District Educational Officers in the State are further directed to

instruct thee respective DDOs to make sure that before making payment that the

said case is squarely covers under relevant rules i.e. G.0.330. For any deviation in

the matter, the DDO wil be held personally responsible for making such payments.
