Certain instructions to take appropriate action on teachers who are transferred during January, 2021 but not joined in the transferred places - permission of the concerned authorities - Orders

The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and

the District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the reference read

above, wherein information was obtained from the DDOs/DEOs in the state

regarding the details of teachers who were transferred during the transfer

counseling 2020 but not joined in their transferred places due to various reasons

as mentioned by the concerned.

A list of such teachers (41 in no.) who were transferred during the transfer

counseling 2021 but not joined in their transferred places due to various reasons

is herewith enclosed.

Hence, all the Regional Joint Director of School Education and the

District Educational Officers in the State are hereby instructed to:

i. Issue show cause notice to the teachers for not obeying the transfer orders

issued to him/her through web counseling.

ii. Initiate disciplinary action against the teachers as per A.P.C.S(CCA)

Rules, 1991 duly following the procedure.

iii.In respect of the teachers who are transferred but continuing in the

previous schools due to non-availability of substitutes, relieve the said

teachers by posting aided teachers or 2008 DSC teachers in such places to

enable the teachers to get relieved.

Further, they are requested to furnish the action taken report within 7 days
