Un aided Certain Grievances Received by the APSERMC through telephonic calls from the parents of the students of the certain un-aided schools - Take necessary action

The attention of all the District Educational Ofcers, in the state, is

invited to the reference 3rd cited wherein the Chairperson, APSERMC, AP

has informed that innumerable telephonic calls and complaints are being

received from the parents of the students studying in un-aided private

schools in the state of Andhra Pradesh regarding collecting exorbitant fees

by the un-aided institutions as against G.O issued by the Government in

the reference 2nd cited, and requested to don't hold the certifcates of the

students and see that all the certifcates of the students are should be

handed over to the students by the respective managements and don't

hold any certifcate related to the students.

Hence, all the District Educational Ofcers, in the state are

requested constitute two-man committee with the nearby Mandal

Educational Ofcer along with Senior Head Master and provide the

Annexure to the inspecting ofcers (copy enclosed) to inspect the private

unaided schools which are mentioned in the enclosure provided by the

APSERMC and submit the information through google sheet (google

link:https://forms.gle/dfXAHUq7T5FR8jA6A (shared through mail also) by

the inspecting ofcers concerned and also upload the signed copy of the

Annexure without fail.

Further, all the RJDSEs in the state are requested to monitor this

item of work with the DEOs and see the work is completed within

stipulated time.
