School Education - YSR SWECHHA programme - Certain instructions

The attention of all Regional Joint Directors of School Education and

District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the references cited

and informed that, the GVWV & VSWS, Dept., GOAP has issued certain

instructions with regard to implementation of YSR SWECHHA Programme

and creation of YSR SWECHHA teams at State/District/School level in each

school/college etc. and also roles and responsibilities of the officerss

concerned for effective implementation of the programme.

Further, the following instruction are reiterated with regard to School

Education Department are

a. The MPDO/MC in consultation with MEO and Principal/Headmaster/

Headmistress of respective school/college shall form a school/college

level

YSR

SWECHHA

team

in each

Government

School/College/Residential Institution where there are girls studying

in 7th to 12th classes. The team comprising of following members

and the duties of the teams are enclosed.

One lady teacher (Nodal Officer)who shall be the Nodal Officer and

programme in-charge at school/college level

ANM of the village/ward secretariat under whose jurisdiction the

school/college falls

Mahila police of the village/ward secretariat under whose jurisdiction

the school/college falls

b. The Principal/HM's shall ensure that a kick/of meeting shall be

commenced with all the three members of the YSR SWECHHA team

of the respective school on or before 8th oct 2021 and ensure that

the programme and the intended objective is communicated to all
