The attention of the District Educational Ofcers in the state is
invited to the reference cited, wherein the government has informed that
Katha Utsav 2021, a National writers workshop is inviting budding story
tellers, writers and poets from all corners of India for guiding the students
in to the feld of literacy and artistic forms of expressions.
2. The registrations are open at https://kathautsav.org , the categories
are Fiction, Non-fction and poetry and the class bands are 4-6, 7-9 and 10-
12. For registration details and the last date one can
visithttps://kathautsav.org
3. Therefore, all the District Educational Ofcers are requested to
disseminate the same to all schools under all managements so as to
register the schools, students, writers and poets for katha utsav 2021.
