– SCERT, A.P. – Bilingual Books Project of National Book Trust of India (NBT) as per the NEP 2020 Implementation Plan –Telugu translation workshop in Andhra Pradesh from 17/11/2021 to 19/11/2021
All the District Educational Ofcers in the State are informed that in the
reference cited above,the National Book Trust of India, Ministry of Education,
Govt. of Indiahas brought out a set of seventeen (17) of their bestselling titles in
bilingual mode in Hindi and English for the age group from Six to Twelve years. In
this connection, they have proposed to organize a workshop for translation of
these titles into Telugu language, in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
2. In view of the above, SCERT-A.P., and National Book Trust of India are
jointly organizing a workshop from 17th November 2021 to 19th November 2021,
at APTDC Haritha Bermpark Hotel PUNNAMI GHAT, Bhavanipuram, Vijayawada.
The trust will provide accommodation and food for Non-local participants.
Train/Bus fares will be
reimbursed and Honorarium will be paid by NBT, India, as
per their norms. Therefore, all the District Educational Ofcers are requested to
relieve the teachers selected for the workshop, as per the annexure enclosed and
further, instruct them to report on 17th November 2021 at 9.00AM, at the venue.
