Immediate attention of all the Headmasters/LFL HMS/Senior Teachers of High School/MPUPs

Elementary Schools (Institution Nodal Officer) in the District is invited to the subject and reference

cited.

Vide reference cited above, this office has issued certain instructions to all Institutions Nodal

officers in the District for smooth implementation of GOI Scholarships Schemes for A.Y. 2021-22.

The following instructions issued in NSP portal for the Academic Year 2021-22 to DNO/SNO for

strict compliance and advertisement/publicity to students through INOS:

All renewal applications/Students, who have got scholarship during 2020-21, shallapply by

giving their existing application ID.

All Universities/Institutes/Colleges/Schools, having valid AlISHE/U-Dise/NcVT/SCVT Codes,

shall be advised to register themselves and their courses details on NSP at the earliest so

that their students can apply and they can verify such applications on the portal within the

timelines.

It has been observed that, after the last date (s) of verification, a large number of fresh and

renewal applications are left pending for

are requested to look into the issue and ensure that, no application remains unverified after

the last date (s) of verification during the 2021-22.

All verification authorities (NOS) can mark an application fake if he/she is satisfied that the

application is not a bonafide student. In other circumstances, in case of non-fulfliment of

eligibility criteria or inconsistency of records, the verifying authority may either reject the

application or mark it defective and give the applicant another opportunity to correct their

rification at INO level. All the INOs in the District

It needs to be noted by al the INOs in the district that in case if any application marked fake

applications at INO level then the entire bunch of applications is advised to exercise caution

while using the option of marking an application fake.

Account Change/ Updation option given for A.Y. 2020-21:

It is to inform that, second and final SMS message has been sent to all such applications

whose bank validation has failed (beneficiary rejected case). This is the last chance to

update their bank details and no further option shall be given to them for A.Y. 2020-21 in

In this regard, all the Institute Nodal Officers in the District are requested to publicize the

matter and inform to all concern students, including applications to update their bank

details within stipulated time period of their respective NSP login.
