SCERT, A.P.- Conduct competitions on Essay Writing, Debates Painting & Poster presentation to Govt. school children on PC&PNDT Act – Instructions

The attention of all the District Educational ofcers in the State is invited to the

reference 2nd read above, wherein they are informed that Commissioner of

Health & Family Welfare and Mission Director, National Health Mission has

addressed a letter to the Director of School Education informing that a decision

has been taken to conduct competitions to school children on essay writing,

debates, painting and poster presentation at Mandal, District and State level as

per the minutes of the meeting held on 18.06.2021 with the State Level Advisory

Committee and Multi Member Appropriate Authority.

2. Further, they have informed that the State / District wise awards will be

announced under each category. The guidelines to conduct the Competitions and

timeline are enclosed herewith.

3. Therefore, all the District Educational ofcers in the state are requested to

issue necessary instructions to all the Headmasters and teachers to conduct the

competitions to all the School children in Govt. institutions in coordination with

the District Medical and Health Ofcers concerned on Essay writing, Debates,

Painting and Poster presentation in Mandal, District and State level duly following

the guidelines . And also requested to furnish the compliance to the undersigned

for taking further course of action in the matter
